Mountain Haven has the following self-catering facilities:

We offer comfortable budget accommodation.

2, 4 or 6 sleeper family units

Please note 6 sleeper units have 2 double beds in separate rooms upstairs and 2 bunks (suitable for children or young adults) in lounge.

4 Sleepers contain separate bedroom with double bed and 2 bunks in lounge.
Unless you are close family or friends, we recommend separate units as there is only 1 bathroom per unit.

Self-catering

  • All units are self-catering with basically equipped kitchenettes (hot plates, kettle, bar fridge, toaster, pots, pans, plates, microwave, etc.),
  • En suite shower and toilet,
  • All with views of the surrounding grasslands and forests,
  • Main undercover entertainment area with braai/fireplace, other outdoor braai areas in a pleasant garden setting,
  • We will point you in the right direction if you wish to go unattended or provide guided walks to all the most interesting places,
  • We are part of the village of Kaapse Hoop, (the nearest pubs and restaurants are 100 metres away) but situated on the outer edge, facing the escarpment with views of the grasslands, forests and Blue Swallow Reserve.
